Putting away the scale for a month.... I was upset for the whole day. I know that .4 of a lb can turn into a lb, 2lbs and so on pretty quick but at the same time I need to realize that I know my eating has been back on track so it will be ok. :)
Ohhh I admire you, I am not that strong!! Way to go with putting that horrible contraption called a scale away for an entire month!! I do admire YOU!
WHOA! I understand your frustration, just remember that it is not your enemy. And .8 or .4 is NOT truly a gain really, it can just be fluid in your body. Women who are still having their "friend" LOL fluctuate greatly in water throughout the month. If you are doing ALL the right things don't stress about it!Perhaps weighing only once a week? I just know that I did that, I put my scale in the attic and I regained nearly 50 pounds!I am just saying!Whatever works for you, you are doing fabulous!
I think that's a great idea to put the scale up. It's amazing how we can feel good, step on something, see a number and decide we feel like $%#@ now! Step away from the scale. :)

I gained 0.8 this morning, I'm considering putting it away for a month after my final weigh-in for the challenge this Sunday.Okay, my confirmation word was "lameness," that's a bad omen. LOL
