Absentee Blogger

I really don't have too much to report.  My body has been a little funky since surgery and weight loss this month has been super slow.  I was cleared to exercise yesterday.  I am feeling so much better.  I don't think that I fully realized how bad I was feeling but the change has been amazing!  I am no where near as tired and I am actually in the mood to be up and about. Bad part is I have an appetite!  I have a fill scheduled for the 4/2 so I am hoping that will help a bit.

1.     How do you feel about college? If you have kids or siblings - will you encourage or require them to go? How long did you go and what for?

I have a bachelors in communication (worthless) and I am working on a master’s in health care admin.  I had my daughter at 19 so I did undergrad while working full time and with a baby.  Did it make me stronger – yes! Was it hard – for sure!  I will say that I am sad that I never really had the full college experience. 

She better go to college. :)

Diet Pepsi – although I don’t drink soda anymore

I am just fine with now

Sweats and a t-shirt – I am always freezing

I was off most of the week b/c of my gallbladder but had to drag myself to the office in time for Friday haha

1. Since I talked about psychics this week - I'm curious....if you could see one for free and you could only ask one question - what would it be?

Honestly psychics scare the crap out of me.  I enjoy not knowing….. Plus I don’t think it would be possible for me to ask only one question without following up with a bazillion more!

2. What's your favorite ice cream flavor and topping?
I am not a fan of toppings but I love a twist soft serve from McDonalds!

3. What's your preferred method of working out? DVDs, an external gym, gym inside your home, classes?

External gym – I need an environment that is only devoted to working out – no distractions!

4. If you work outside the home or if you ever did or will in the future - do you think it's better/easier to work with men or woman? Who do you work mostly with now?

Urgh!!  I work with all women and one man….  Too much drama, PMS, attitude and so on!  Luckily (for me), I share my office with the boy (not so lucky for him)!

I didn't meet either of my February goals (8lbs and 1200 minutes) but I am not disappointed with my loss either! 

March Goals:
Lose 8lbs
Exercise 800 minutes
Join Gym

Side note - they are taking out my gallbladder on Thursday the 8th - I am stressed and relieved.  I am hoping that once the pain is gone I will be more successful with the exercise and weight loss. Please pray for me!  I am very scared of surgery!!
