February Review/March Goals

Happy Friday!!! :)

Current Weight - 214.4
Total Lost in February - 5.4 lbs
Total Exercise Minutes - 562 minutes

I didn't meet either of my February goals (8lbs and 1200 minutes) but I am not disappointed with my loss either! 

March Goals:
Lose 8lbs
Exercise 800 minutes
Join Gym

Side note - they are taking out my gallbladder on Thursday the 8th - I am stressed and relieved.  I am hoping that once the pain is gone I will be more successful with the exercise and weight loss. Please pray for me!  I am very scared of surgery!!  


  1. good luck with that. I am going to have to have that done by the end of the year as well. hedidn't want to do it when I got my band because he said its a dirty surgery. I will be thinking of you
