So I think (knock on wood) that I may finally have reached the green zone! Occasionally I feel a little tight.
I have been eating:
Snack (prob at 10 or 11 a.m.):

*these are amazing!! 20g protein and they go down really well (at least my band likes them)!
8 grape tomatoes, a few cucumber slices and 2tbsp of hummus and a sting cheese.
Grilled meat (chicken/fish), veggie or salad (lettuce is questionable).....
I have been trying to walk at least 3 miles 4x a week to start working up to training for the Breast Cancer 3day. When you get to 24 weeks out from the race there is a pretty intensive training plan!!
Weigh-in: 219.4 - hoping to keep this going in the right direction!
