Changing focus!

Instead of focusing on the number on the scale, I am focusing on how I feel and hoping that the weight loss will be a welcomed "side effect" of good eating and exercise. 

I have been doing Crossfit 2-3x a week for about a month now.  I continue to love it!! It is amazingly hard but short, quick and efficient!  I have never felt so comfortable during a workout - everyone is so nice and encouraging.

I know that there is a lot of varying opinions about Crossfit.  Here are two articles that I have read that both make a lot of sense to me having tried it.
