I joined, I love it. It is kick ass, I feel amazingly powerful when I am done. I think this is the workout for me. I love feeling like my legs are jello after a workout. I have also been going to the regular gym since I signed up for the 90 day challenge.
I have been on par with eating lately, too. Making that push for these 76lbs :) I have been to scared to weigh-in though - if the scale hasn't moved I might loose my motivation so I am staying away from it for a few weeks.
