Today is the day..... Actually yesterday was the day but I thought today was Monday.... dang it

24 week training begins (fortunately Monday was a rest day)!  I will update starting pictures tonight.

Here is what this weeks layout looks like:

Simplicity.....

I need simplicity - I realized am trying to focus/worry about too much, too many goals, and so on.  So right now, I am choosing to work on fitness and health - not my masters, not what I wish I did or didn't, where I feel I should be.

In going with this theme, I simplified my blog.... Boring I suppose but calm! 

Before photos are going to be posted Monday in preparation for my 3day training!

The big goal in more ways than one….



As some of you know, I am doing the breast cancer 3day in November.  I have been walking here and there – trying to so approximately 12 miles a week.  On May 27, the big 24 week training starts.  The training program consists of cross training and a whole lotta walking.  During this 24 week period, I should walk 580 miles (not including the 65 miles of the actual 3day)!  I intend to walk all of those miles. 

So here are the goals:



(1)    Lose 1-2 lbs per week during the training period putting me at a goal weight of between 198.6 – 174.6 at the end of the 24 weeks.
(2)    Complete all 580 training miles on schedule.
(3)    Complete the 3day!!!!!!
