Weigh-In Wed!

So I am having my post moved and replaced next Thursday!!  Cannot come soon enough! Bummer is they did a complete unfill yesterday for the surgery and I was finally at a great fill level!!  Being unfilled gives me so much anxiety - I hate it! Oh well moving on!

My diet lately....

So I think (knock on wood) that I may finally have reached the green zone! Occasionally I feel a little tight.

I have been eating:

Breakfast:
Coffee w/cream

Snack (prob at 10 or 11 a.m.):
Think thin bar
*these are amazing!!  20g protein and they go down really well (at least my band likes them)!

Lunch:
8 grape tomatoes, a few cucumber slices and 2tbsp of hummus and a sting cheese.

Dinner:
Grilled meat (chicken/fish), veggie or salad (lettuce is questionable).....


I have been trying to walk at least 3 miles 4x a week to start working up to training for the Breast Cancer 3day. When you get to 24 weeks out from the race there is a pretty intensive training plan!!
